TERMS & CONDITIONS
Individuals who join the MOC Loyalty Program must agree to the following terms and conditions: Full name and valid email address must be provided to activate the program and will be stored in accordance with Privacy Laws SA. There is no fee to join the MOC Loyalty Program. A minimum spend of $1 in a single appointment (1 point = $1 spend) is required before points are accumulated. A minimum spend of $1,500 is required before points are converted to monetary value. Points accumulate automatically and have no expiry. Please allow 24 hours for points to be activated. Points and service dollars can be earned on MOC services and retail (series not included). Existing memberships are non-transferable. Rewards points or service dollars cannot be redeemed for cash. The $55 reward can be redeemed on your next treatment with us; a minimum spend of $150 applies. Clients may cancel their rewards program at any time in-salon with no fee. Please allow a 24-hour cancellation period. MOC Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, or alter the MOC Loyalty Program at any time without notice.

Are there any sign-up fees?
No, you are automatically opted in. No registration is required.
How do I earn points?
Earning points is simple! For every $1 spend you will earn 1 reward point. Series not included.
How do I convert my points to dollars?
Once you reach 1,500 points, you will be rewarded with $55 to spend at MOC. Your $55 reward can be redeemed on your next treatment with us, minimum $150 spend applies.
What can I redeem my points on?
Points can be redeemed on all services and full-priced retail items. Rewards cannot be used for gift vouchers or store credits. The $55 reward can be redeemed on your next treatment with us, with a minimum spend of $150 required.
How long do my points last for?
There is no expiry.
How do I find out how many points I have accumulated?
Visit your local MOC store or call and ask our friendly team to pull up your profile. Your rewards balance will be displayed at the bottom off your printed receipt.
